All meals and snacks are prepared on-site and the cost of these are included in the prices above however, Formula milk, nappies and wipes are not included.
We have a limited number of term-time-only spaces available these are on a first come first served basis and once they have gone you can be added to a waiting list, however, there is no guarantee a space will become available.
If you wish to use the Universal Government funding you can only use this for the nursery’s ‘educational sessions’ these are 8.30 – 12, 1-4.30. Any hours outside of this will be charged at the full rate.
If you wish to use the Additional Government funding you can use this over all available sessions however there is additional charges for food and consumables. Sustainability charge is £1 per funded hour.
All extra activities will be charged at the stated rate regardless of funding entitlements.
- A late payment charge is calculated at 20% of any outstanding balance with a minimum charge of £5.00 to a maximum charge of £100.00 for payments up to 5 working days late. If there is an outstanding balance after this time a daily charge of £5.00 will apply until the account is clear. This is irrespective of the balance outstanding.
- If fees are not paid on time, you will not be able to access any additional sessions, extra activities or services that incur further costs. This suspension will usually be held for a minimum of 1 month once the account is cleared.
- If your account falls into arrears, we may suspend or reduce your sessions with immediate effect, until all fees are paid.
- Extra sessions are payable in arrears and are included on your invoice.
Payment of Fees
Invoices are raised around the 24th of each month and are payable by the 7th of the following month. Fees not paid and cleared by the 7th of the month will incur a late payment charge of 20% of any outstanding fees with a minimum charge of £10.00 to a maximum of £100.00 for the first 5 days, after 5 days all outstanding accounts will be subject to a £5.00 per day charge regardless of the outstanding fees.
You may pay by Online Banking or Tax-Free Childcare. You may wish to set up a Standing Order, however, please note that fees may vary monthly.
Unpaid fees are always pursued via the County Court and the nursery reserves the right to terminate a child’s place in the event of persistent late payment or non-payment of fees. We also reserve the right to refuse any further requests that will incur a charge, this includes but is not limited to extra sessions, extra activities or nursery events.
If your child is off sick, away on holiday or if the nursery closes due to unforeseen circumstances and environmental factors beyond our control, we cannot offer a refund. However you will not be charged for Training days, Bank holidays and any Christmas Closures.
Please be aware that fees may be adjusted at any time throughout the year, when this happens they will usually be held for a period of twelve months.

Help Towards Your
Childcare Costs
Is it for me?
If you're a working parent with children under 12 (or under 17 for disabled children), you can open an online account to pay for registered childcare.
The government will top-up the money you pay into the account. For every £8 you pay in, the government will add an extra £2. You can receive up to £2,000 per child per year - that's up to £500 every three months. If you have a disabled child, you can receive up to £4,000 per child - that's up to £1,000 every three months.
Am I eligible?
You, and any partner, must each expect to earn (on average) at least £125 per week (equal to 16 hours at the National Minimum or Living Wage).
If you, or your partner, are on maternity, paternity or adoption leave, or you're unable to work because you are disabled or have caring responsibilities, you could still be eligible.
0You can't get Tax-Free Childcare if either you, or your partner, each individually expect to earn £100,000 or more.
